Large Operator Council Meeting Sponsorship by Veritec Solutions

We are pleased to announce our sponsorship of the Self-Storage Association’s Large Operator Council (SSA LOC) Meeting. This meeting will be part of the SSA Spring Conference and Trade Show, on March 12th to the 14th, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. The LOC meeting itself will be held on Thursday, March 13th, at 1:30PM.

The LOC is a group of self-storage owners and operators that have ten or more facilities and one million square feet of rentable storage space. To enhance their particular businesses and the self-storage industry overall, the Council convenes twice a year.

Large Operator Council Mission

The LOC aims to improve the self-storage industry by creating best practices. The LOC leverages members’ experiences and skills to better serve investors and customers. After all, numerous operational and technological options are always confronting self-storage owners and operators. When members work together, they can create new ideas and learn from one another. The LOC operates on the principles of collaboration, best practices, and relationships.

Collaboration. The self-storage industry continues to undergo numerous changes. LOC owners and operators can better navigate the shifting waters of the industry by sharing their experiences, both positive and negative. They can work together to plan a better course for the future.

Best Practices. Numerous technological and operational choices confront LOC members. When they work together, they can create new ideas and learn from one another. As industry leaders, they are able to create and promote best practices as a framework for the self-storage industry as a whole.

Relationships. LOC member interaction and networking create strong ties within the industry. In the close-knit self-storage industry, these kinds of connections can be extremely effective. All in all, fellow LOC members know what challenges each other go through and may even be each other’s next buyer.
